• Design Consultation - In this meeting we love getting to know our clients and will typically gather as much information as possible about your preferences, style, budget, and design goals. This information helps us to translate your vision and requirements into a design that you love. This will involve looking at your plans and discussing any inspo you have gathered for your build.
• Design planning & Concept Development - Once we have gathered as much information as possible, we will then work to establish the best design concepts by selecting materials, colours and textures that will determine the overall flow and look of your home.
• Concept presentation – In this meeting we will present our best ideas and design concepts to you to enable you to move forward with a clear vision of how everything will come together to create a cohesive, visually stunning home.
• Schedule of Finishes – Complete internal and external schedule of finishes detailing all colours and finishes for you to communicate to your building team.
• Furnishing/Styling Consultation - Space planning and furnishing/décor concept development, Furnishing/décor concept proposal, and facilitate the purchase and delivery of selected furniture and styling items
• Supplier Consultations - We meet with tile, flooring, plumbing, and cabinetry suppliers and specialists to communicate your vision and source products from the design concept presented.
